How long were you on the path of self destruction?
I might have been on there a bit too long. Now that I'm no longer on it, life keeps reminding me of how much damage I did to myself 😞😔

Mine was ten years. Maybe a little longer. Its hard to know when it started really as it wasn't a concious decision.
I totally hear you on how hard it is to come to terms with it all once you've finally found solid ground to plant your feet on. I've been on a better path for about 10 years now and i still feel a lot of guilt, anger and shame about the past. But i also think having gone through stuff makes me smarter and more empathetic. I feel like my eyes are a lot more open than other people i know who have gone through life drama free. I'd rather be someone whos taken a few knocks than someone whos never been tested

@HellsBelle My phone is weird. It's Xiaomi Redmi note 10. When I go into the picture view to select my profile picture, all my images are blank, so this is merely a random selection 😂
