Between us both. I'm the brains, she's the beauty/brawn. We tend to talk things through. Our last major decision was on buying my wife's old house. I knew she wanted it, so we talked it through.

There has never been any kind of verbal or otherwise designation. Since I am the primary breadwinner it's generally assumed I will make any needed decision. Most often I will seek advice from my partner though.
