In this case it means the original definition. They have spent the last 12 years living pretty comfortably, so they are used to being able to solve problems a particular way that.. they forget is not relatable to people who aren’t upper middle class. They also have certain assumptions that there’s a scholarship program for everything/everyone to fill in these SES gaps 😅 @LadyJ
