Do I have to put on more clothes so I dont get honked at?

Im doing yard work and in a two piece. Should I put on more clothes to lessen the honking? Dont i have a right to wear what I want? Its hot outside and I dont want weird tan lines.

@DCarey actually they dont have that right. Its against the law to honk for any reason other than giving a warning. Still their choice and nobody would take the time to enforce it😅
