@Soossie you asked how I became my own worst enemy, that's how it starts, I get out of bed, my head immediately takes off on a journey of bitterness and hate. I have to fight that every waking moment of my day.

I can understand what you are saying, yet Im glad that you are still fighting it and I wish you victory over the difficulties....
