Sometimes I wonder if I have chronic fatigue

I can't ever remember feeling not tired. Even with my sleeping pills. I yawn nonstop all day. I could walk up some stairs and I just want to nap. Idk maybe it's just depression hahah

I am always exhausted but it’s part of all the arthritis. Sleeping meds can make you groggy for the day and depression can make you tired too.
