I hate myself and the life I created for myself

Much of life can be regret. Someone once told me we cannot measure our life in lost opportunity or loss itself. They are unquantifiable unlimited entities and rabbit holes of speculations. We can only measure our life in our gain. We are the sum of all our successes and not the remainder of all our failures.
