What job is it? What are your responsibilities?

Banking… and they get me on things like tardiness, not being a “team player”, being bored often, my actual job I’m good at and great with the members/customers..
That’s why I don’t understand why I’m experiencing problems..

@Xperience As for "tardiness", are you often late?
I'm not a "team player" either so I can understand wanting to get on with the job and not having to play office politics

No, actually only like 2 legitimate times. It’s mainly on technicalities which is what makes it difficult to say anything. Like when we get there (15 minutes early) then I get set up and forget to clock in on my phone, although I’m there 15 minutes earlier, then when I’m leaving, apparently clocking out as I’m leaving is too late, (even though it’s what I see others doing…) I have to clock out as soon as “work is done”… so I’m just getting in clipped and in trouble for things left and right such as this, technical things… even though none of it is truly about my work performance… @Fluffybull

@Xperience Maybe your colleagues are jealous of how well you're actually doing the job and are trying to make trouble for you? Is the person who employed you in the first place happy with you?
