They've continually forced me into taking up subjects I had no interest in, saying that my interest in music is a waste and so on, I said that they should be ashamed of themselves for being that way and look at other parents, that triggered them I guess xD

Lol they don't like the idea of me taking music so seriously, to them it's not supposed to be anything more than a hobby, like in highschool I was a part of events and stuff, I'd practice all night and my mum would be like "Better spend time studying", I like DJing and they don't find the idea of me DJing in a club to be honourable enough, they're more accepting now but they only prefer academia tbh

@Headlines: Lol I don't have Logic but it is THE shit. All top EDM producers/DJs use it. I've used it on someone else's setup and it's an altogether new level lol

Basically if you're a no name DJ you can take tracks from anywhere and many popular DJs have released sample packs lol But if you're getting huge and are noticed enough you gotta be aware of the copyright issues and stuff..
Are you into hip hop with EDM? I don't have the name for that lol

There are many sample packs I can recommend later but vocals are hard to find and often have the copyright stuff lol
