My town was built back in the fifties and for the past few years the water and sewage systems have been randomly failing all over the place. If it gets in your house your screwed as insurance won't cover the damage and the city is broke even though my property tax bill was $3500.00.

If the water line into your house busts it's all yours to repair but I did get a rider on it.

Then there are the trees that are ready to fall on the house and garage.
