I'm having a crappy day. How about you?

First, I woke up from a lovely dream. All I can remember is someone constantly criticizing me and not in a helpful or useful way. So, that set my mood for the day. 😒

Second and more importantly, I looked up my paycheck for tomorrow to check the amount, well... It's not there! I know my job has issues with people missing hours on their paychecks, but how do you screw up someone's entire paycheck for two weeks?

On that note, tomorrow is my supervisor's last day. I'm sad about that for a multitude of reasons and one being he's the only one there who knows how to get peoples' pay fixed! He's really the only one who knows how to do anything there. It really sucks.

All of this sucks!

It’s reprehensible to not provide employees with there due wages each and every time pay is due.

I found myself in a terrible predicament a few years ago where I wasn’t paid by a customer who promised on time payment and I trusted him and spent $20,000 in cash for materials to keep his job going.

He was no where to be found and I had about $4,000 cash remaining and that was not even close to the wages owed the next day.

Fortunately my credit was excellent and I got a loan from a so called business partner who gouged me but all my workers were paid and their kids were okay, their bills could be paid. It was so stressful and I swore I would never get in that position again. Ugh .
