Demotivational but true: someone else is always going to be better
In my case it's work related stuff. I might be better at useless stuff.

You are always a glass-half-empty person...
The Desiderata says sthg like "do not compare yourself to others, for you will become both vain and bitter, because there will always be those greater and lesser than you" (I'm not looking it up right now lol).
You could be a glass-half-full person and say, "Motivational and true: someone else is always going to be worse", I guess...
But the point of improving oneself is about *you*...not them, unless you realize that bettering yourself means you are decreasing the % of everyone who is better than you.
Stop worrying about others. Focus on you.

@SomeMichGuy I can assure you the last job i was interviewed for I was the worst one. The fact I even got the interview is a fluke. I think it was a clerical error and that isn't me being negative I'm going off logic.

@SomeMichGuy this place had a spiral staircase with a gold bannister! They showed me the corporate video, weird experience for someone not used to stuff like that.
