Is it true that when you r passing through a very hard time but don't give up, something miraculous is on its way to you?

I'm in a point where I feel like the air i breath contains stress.
Things are intense as if i dived really deep but when i wanted to get out of the water, it was frozen.

Sell me hope 馃槀

When I feel like that I do research on ways to improve upon my situation. Sometimes that means developing new skills, learning new information, or connecting to more community resources in alignment with my path. Doing constructive things like this gives me hope.

Sounds like it鈥檚 time to do some major self-care and hang out with good people or go find some good people to make some positive memories with. Also time to buckle down on positive health choices like good sleep etc. @Hassan

@WhateverWorks i live in a war area in the middle east. We can barely afford food and i moved with my mom's family 4 months ago into a really tiny chaotic apartment. We sold our car to get a new fridge and washing machine after 2 years with living without it. The dollar currency is rising like crazy and streets aren't safe, too much crimes and burglary. I'm a victim. Been stolen 2x till now. There's a civil war soon i can feel it, few months ago Christians and Muslims shooted each other and now with the elections coming..... Btw i Live in Lebanon. So yea whatever i do ain't changing much. I'm pronounced dead 馃サ馃拃馃槤

@Monday 馃グ馃グ馃槉馃槉 Thank you for wishing me to get out and not things to get better. People's mentality here is 80% of the problem and i want to leave it all behind And start somewhere more humanitarian

Yeah, definitely hard to keep your hopes up in that situation with so many environmental factors making the days feel impossible. I鈥檝e been through some crazy stuff, but I wouldn鈥檛 dream of comparing it to doing your best to survive through those circumstances. There is this wonderful author though, Viktor Frankl. It鈥檚 not the same situation, but he wrote some phenomenal books on preserving your sanity and hope in times of seeming hopelessness while he was trapped in a nazi internment camp. @Hassan

@WhateverWorks thank you, I'll check him up. I'm doing lots of sports and skating but as you said. Sometimes when the external factors r intense there's nothing much you can do. It's like trying to control your emotions when hearing a sad song. It carries you.
