Lord, I'm feeling too sensitive today. Please help my heart to heal from hurts and stress.

I know we all have these days, as a result of too much on our plate. I'm reminding myself that it's ok not to feel strong every day... 24/7, and I know I've gotten off the path, when my mind wanders to hurtful things from the past that satan has brought to mind on purpose. So for myself and everyone out there that might be hurting, I'm just now resisting those thoughts and keeping my focus on all the good things and new beginnings ahead, in Christ. I'm also remembering all those things I have to be thankful for. I know prayer works wonders, and the Holy Spirit is the great Comforter, whose very presence brings love, peace, comfort, and joy, when we keep our hearts and minds on Jesus. Lord, touch and comfort all who are hurting today. Let each one feel your peace, comfort, and love, which passes all understanding. Help those who are fearful, or in physical or mental pain. Comfort those who have surgeries coming up or have already had them. Help them heal, Lord. Help people find the job they're looking for. Help those who have addictions. Help all find refuge, in You. Lord, help those living on the streets. Help us to love and help each other, over finding fault. I thank you, in Jesus' Holy name. Amen. You always come through, Lord, thank you.
