why did i lose interest in life

i don't feel like doing anything .. it's not like i don't have frnds.
I have friends and I go out with them almost every night but still I'm feeling so lonely so lost...

facts even i realised it this week thar something is rlly off with me when my friends and family got me gifts as i achieved a goal but i was not able to be happy for my own life? Lol
