I am depressed

I hoard stuff newspapers magazines and other things which I might find useful. But I am weighed down with all these things and I have too much that it makes me feel awful, suicidal sometimes. What can I do to help myself?

Close your eyes and throw it all out.
Or Set yourself a strict limit
Example:
newspaper collection: maximum 10
jars and containers collection maximum 20

it should help you get rid of the mountain of things you don't really need

Remember to de-clutter often. As Mari Kondo method suggests - whatever does not bring you "joy" to possess - doesn't have place in your home anymore. I am not a 100% Mari Kondo follower, I just got inspired from her to think more inquisitively if I really REALLY need this and it helped me.

A room that breathes feels better than a room full with boxes and what not.. :)
