I hoard stuff newspapers magazines and other things which I might find useful. But I am weighed down with all these things and I have too much that it makes me feel awful, suicidal sometimes. What can I do to help myself?

@NestChicken some therapists are specially trained to help deal with past traumas. A LOT of hoarders are as such because of a traumatic event. It isnt as simple as 'just throw it away' if you're a trauma sufferer, your brain has been rewired due to the trauama and you'll need someone specially trained to help.
