My kid’s birthday gift arrived a dud. Apparently Apple Pencils have this quirky thing where they easily become over-priced garbage. Just as I’d lost hope I tested out this hack where you wrap it in a heating pad for 15-30 minutes. For some mysterious reason this supposedly revives the battery.

You can also use a hair dryer or put it in hot rice you microwaved (dry rice uncooked!!) Works for all phones and other lithium batteries to trick the charger to charge it again.
