I guess that depends upon what you done yesterday. If you fell in the mud and dropped oatmeal on your socks and bear hugged a fish. You may want to change. If you just chilled all day or didn't sweat I am sure you are good to go.
@Miklee02 Your good.. Tbh I wear my jeans for a week. I am disabled and don't wear them alot. So I may have 12 hours in my jeans per week. When I was working I changed every day. I was always sweating and getting dirty.
