What are your plans today?

I think I'm going to drive to Mississippi, just for the hell of it. The car is cleaned up and ready for the road. I'm going to check out some flea markets, a natural bridge, and some antique stores.

@SW-User 15 mins of stretches, an hour and a half of lifting, and 15 mins of ab exercises 😂

I used to do more than that before I got covid and lost a load of fitness and strength

@SW-User I used to hate exercise and any kind of physical activity really.

Only changed when I started doing brazilian jiu-jitsu. Now working out and training are all that keep me from relapsing 😂
@SW-User I spend about 15 minutes stretching, 30 minutes lifting, and about an hour running. My main goal of fitness is focused on cardio.
