Why some people are very stingy to pay debt?

I hate to lend people over and over and guess what, some never pay it back and some really need a little bit push to get my money back. I looked like a desperate begger.

What's the deal that they can't pay? They can pay one at a time or pay all the amount.


At this point, I am too tired seeing this people.
