Have you ever worked/seen with a life coach? Would you recommend it?
I think I need help to figure out few things in life..I am not talking about a psychologists etc.. I feel lost , not depressed just stuck ....hard to explain. Worried about myself

I haven't but I often wonder if they really help. I'd have to follow what they say & change the way things are otherwise there would be no point, I think that could be quite hard to do
