Correct lens selection. Steady camera. Well focused. Good light balance. Full depth of field in narrowed aperture setting. For the distance and perspective feel of the capture it's a well taken shot. You apparently know how to use a camera. If this was taken with ISO200 it's very colorful for such a slow film. If 100 you are almost a pro. I can't tell if it's digital on the zoom so I'm just going by likely camera settings.

@MaliaAgain: Isn't that amazing? Phones have better lenses now than cameras for straight forward casual shots.
I still am keeping my camera gear though. The filter features, long range tele work, trick shots using blur and field perspectives, double exposures, shutter open tripod irs. That can't be done with those lenses. And if a company starts making inexpensive high res upgrade digital backs I'm going to be a very happy camper someday. lol
