All for it because many inmates "force" homosexual acts on other heterosexual inmates.

The fact that it's not allowed does little to stop such rape.

And rape is against the law no matter where it's committed or who is being raped.

@rhouse so am I speaking from experience. I was raped outside of prison as a kid. So don't tell me it doesn't happen in prison of all places.
