I did my good deed for the day yesterday.

I was about to start the BBQ when I noticed a little blob of something on a nearby chair. Upon closer examination I found a tiny baby bird. It had pin feathers on its wings but the rest of its body was pretty much bare. Fat little thing. I thought it was dead until I picked it up and it began to move. I looked closer and its beady little eyes were watching me. It was too young to walk and it had trouble keeping its head up. I looked around and found the nest it fell out of and put it back in with its brothers and sisters. A few minutes later mommy bird showed up with a beak full of food. Hopefully the little bird survives. He was kind of cute.
