Do you love life, and fear your death, or do you welcome the natural progression of things?

My best friend at university was from Québec, and during the third week of her return home after four years in France, she was in a traffic accident and she was decapitated, killed. She was twelve weeks off her twenty third birthday 🎂

I enjoy life,i am a little afraid of death but i believe we all are. Death is just change,I have a suspicion the process of the subtle mind leaving the body will feel very familiar.
