i would love to taste real fancy and fresh mead sometime

From seeing it in the movies I imagine that it's frothy, sweet and buttery, with a hint of vanilla, and a strong beer flavour and carbination.

However the stuff i see online is more like wine which i dont want. I want my fantasy beverage.
