If you perform a conciouss act that deliberatly affects other peoples' well-being, then it can be argued to be immoral. Once you are in that bracket, you'll have to figure out for yourself to what degree you define "well-being" in every situation that you encounter. Some cases are more clear then others. The grey-zones are the one that are hardest to define, because they are ussually bound to circumstance and need further deliberation.
