I've been thinking about getting into some writing...
But I'm not really the best author. I've had this story in my head for a while, and I'm just itching to start on it. But, I have no idea where to start.

Don't think about doing it. Just do it. Only you can help yourself start it off, no one else can. Relax, take your time and start it off with what you feel is best suited for the story in your head. I'm sure it'll turn out fine. Good luck ! :)
