So i spoke with the insurance adjuster.

The RV of course is a total loss. There isn't any walls or roof left on it, so no surprise there.

From what he was able to see of the truck, the frame is warped, the tailgate is smashed up badly and he suspects the suspension is completely shot. But he won't know the total damage until they get it to the dealership.

It's a 2016 F150 with well over a 100k miles on it, yet he has it reported as "repairable" and estimated $4,000 in damages. I asked him if he was smoking something before he came up with that figure.

@PrivateHell I had a scrape on my bumper...2003 GMC dually. Hardly noticeable but my buddy owned up to it and covered repair. $1700. New bumper was 800 plus tax. Labour and little paint was the balance.
Sounds like yours should be written off. Especially if frame is bent
