Are you working in the United States? Are you referring to USD? With that much overtime only making 35K/yr sounds extremely low and I can recommend many jobs which would pay you more.
Did I misunderstand your pay?

pay is lousy, hours ok
not 12-18 hr shifts
no 60-80 hr weeks like most in my area
