I hate having flashbacks from the past

@Primnproper: it is easier to deny, to ignore or to run away from it, but you cant always be a runner, can you? i do need reminder from time to time and your words are definitely a good reminder, cant thank you enough.

@PaintedVeil: never try and block it, you can't and that just keeps you trapped in that moment, you need to rewire your brain pattern from that memory by replacing it with positive memories..

@Primnproper: it is mostly have something to do with someone from the past - someone that i trusted more than anyone, and in the end treated me like a trash. it has been over 3 years since we separated but i hate the fact that sometimes when i see someone with similar situation like me - all these stupid flashbacks just coming back like that, it is overwhelming and frustrating.

@PaintedVeil: it can be a smell, a sound, even a look in a strangers eyes or on tv that can transport you back and makeyou feel sick to your stomach...I know..you need to take back the control they took from you..

@Primnproper: i am mostly fine, honestly. i guess i was just having a moment. i normally would keep this to myself, but now im learning to let it out and snap myself back to the NOW.
