Filing for dissolution when living in separate states
If I filed for a dissolution and sent him the paper work could he just sign and both of us not have to appear in court?

@Blondie1977 Not necessarily. I'd look in to your state laws. I'm sure there's also pro bono advice organizations set up that will help you navigate. Good luck.
