I have had a recurring dream about drowning since I was 10

The color and texture of the water varies but its always the same. Its scary at first but also very pleasurable the deeper I sink. I feel like there's something for me at the bottom but there is no bottom. I just keep sinking.

They say that's how it is... drowning. Scary at first, then strangely euphoric.

I, sometimes, feel like I'm literally falling, when I first fall asleep. Nocturnal hypnic jerk, or something like that. It's unpleasant.
