Should we stop calling them womens issues, or black issues, and start calling them human issues? Dividing issues by terminology undermines effort?

In a sense I suppose so......... however it sort of undermines the....................... Effect? Not effect, can't think of the word.............. Still, labelling them as "woman's" or "blacks" does make it come across as a bit coonerific which may hurt the cause it's in entire process but........... Eh..............
