It's November.

I say I need a break, but I dont actually know what to do to get it.
I've escaped to the shops before they open so I can sit in the car park for 10 minutes by myself.
I havent had time to myself for what seems forever.
I need a break.

I've sat in my car many times to have a few minutes to myself. Usually after work and before I go home. I'll sometimes get coffee, drive to a park, and just sit there... finally, peace to myself.

@StarLily I cant even do that these days. Mr's new job is near school. He walks down, gets the kid from after school club, and we go home together.
