Edit: Cops were pretty fat and mean.
At the Zep concert they laughed while people crushed each other waiting for festival seating inside. I hear they use acab now. This was just before The Who concert when people were killed. Then they woke the fuck up.

My dad says the same things about the 70s, 80s, and 90s music.

@Ksmile14 10 died in 79 at The Who concert. The police knew how bad it was going to get and yet it took death before they cared because they looked bad. Most were far and out of shape. They would take anyone back then.

That happened over 40 years ago. I just joined the Navy and was at boot camp when I heard. It could have easily been me.

At the Zeppelin concert, two years before, I was lifted off my feet as the stadium doors opened for the crowd. I was only 126 pounds then though.

@Ksmile14 I could land on my feet. The s art thing was coming up on the metal door post and almost getting crushed on that while you hear people screaming being crushed by the doors. I thought it was me being high until The Who concert.

The first Rush concert in 74
Blue Oyster Cult “Agents of fortune” 1976
All 3 Aerosmith concerts
Ritchie Blackmore and Rainbow July 4 outdoor concert in 1978
Iggy pop and Joan Jett in 1979.
Those were the best but most were excellent.

I saw Rush in 74,75 and 78
I saw Aerosmith in 75, 76 and 77
My daughter found the Aerosmith ticket and decided I was cool then!
