Walking.
I was hopeless at any sort of pitch or track games and athletics, so did not enjoy them, and still have no interest in them now.
In my teens though I'd spend Summer Saturdays out on long walks exploring country lanes - I rarely went "off-road" despite many rural footpaths available.
No proper walking-boots, proper ruck-sack or anything like that. Just ordinary shoes, and a small canvas shoulder-bag I believe had originally held a war-time gas mask, in which I carried a flask of soup, packet of sandwiches and a One-Inch Ordnance Survey map.
