Do you find it controversial to be required to wear a mask?

@Keepitsimple There are a few restaurants around here that opened and the owner told all of their staff that they are not to wear masks or tell anyone coming in that they don't need one. So inconsiderate and these are a few places I will never go in again.

These places are being called out around us, even chain restaurants, pics and all. It’s not an option in our state so if they are doing that I assume they aren’t very clean in how they are cleaning or cooking their food or taking care of their place if business. I skip those places now.@ReneeT

@ReneeT That's shameful, they will do or say anything for money, and when the pandemic hits them hard, and it will, they'll come crying to the hospitals.

@Keepitsimple they just announced that all bars and restaurants in the area are not allowed to serve alcohol inside after tomorrow because of an uptick in cases.

@JeanAnna That really is true. I know some places have been hurting because of being closed but that is no reason to flaunt safety protocols. They will pay in the end.

@ReneeT NJ isn’t opening restaurants Thursday.....I think NJ should just fall off into the Atlantic Ocean. We are at 3 1/2 months now. That’s with wearing the masks and practically everything closed or extremely limited. I don’t see us bouncing back. Can I come live with you?

@Keepitsimple Sure. But I am hoping that we don't bounce back to what it was like a month ago. Our positive cases have doubled over the last week, so we'll see.

@ReneeT Same here. Something tells me 2020 is gonna be a big blur.

@Keepitsimple It is flying by and nothing's seemed to have changed. I have a feeling that the end of the year is not going to be pretty either.

@ReneeT until everybody wears a mask and there is a vaccine this isn’t going to stop. Every time they lift restrictions there is a spike.

@Keepitsimple I saw on the news today that Dr. Fauci expects that very soon we will see 100,000 cases a day in the US. It's so weird to see that a lot of Europe is getting things under control better than we are.

@ReneeT Thats because they shut down. Here in the United States they pick and choose what is important to stay open like liquor stores. 😂. This isn’t going away anytime soon. It’s against our rights to not be able to work during a pandemic, you know?

@Keepitsimple I was watching Last Week Tonight with John Oliver and he had a tape of a session in Palm Beach Fla where some residents told their council that they have no right to make them wear a mask. There are too many idiotic people out there who think this is still a hoax
