B.C ..(Before Christ )When I felt afraid ,I exited stage left .
like most ,I felt the fear was a insight telling me to get out of there .
Since I grasped the meaning of this verse ,things have changed for me ,and in a good way .
2 Timothy 1:7 King James Version (KJV)
7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Now I use fear as an indicator something good is about to happen to me
and since fear is not from God ,its the other guy trying to rob me of a blessing .since I stopped letting fear keep me out of places ,making me run all these endless possibilities of ways things could turn out bad but they never do out of my mind .
I find myself being blessed more and more ,and the bigger the fear ,the bigger the blessing .
we’ve created a safety net around the area... flashing lights... etc.
You were safe ,and possibly someone would have come along who knew how to fix the car (someone like me that often helps strangers in distress)
And you could have been on you're way with you're car .
Now you still have to have it towed ,its still broken ,or maybe even towed away .
Some tow trucks are under contract ,they ride around certain area's looking for cars that don't belong in certain parking lots and if they see a car broke down they tow it in to an inpoundment lot .
Now you have to find you're car ,and pay more money to get it back and its still broken down .
I keep tools in my vehicles for just such occasions ,and I have helped a lot of people broken down a 3 am ..when my fear instinct was saying
"Don't get involved ,what if they knock you in the head and take you're car "
Its always wrong ,and I am blessed I stopped and helped someone .
They are blessed they didn't pepper spray me for offering to help
and normally its something simple ,and they drive away happy .
and I am blessed when I say "no charge " pass it on ,the next time you see someone in trouble ,help them ,like I helped you .
I no longer let that voice of fear run me off anymore ,

Whenever I'm critical of someone, I examine myself as to whether I was unfair. What I invariably find, when I examine the record, is that it was worse than I stated.
