What do you call this feeling?

I tend to cry my hearts out whenever I don't have anything to do. That is why I tend to make myself busy as always but right now because of what's happening in the world, I don't have anything to do. These ideas and emotions corrupt me.

I'd call it being fed up but so is everyone else we all have to patient and let things get better with time and maybe make spelling mistakes like emotuons
