How do you recover from failure?

And so I thought wine will sort it out for me, guess I’m wrong. I still feel down and disappointed with myself 🙁

You need to step back, and reflect on what you believe is a failure, everyone has setbacks from time to time and now you need to learn from previous failures to move forward
