How do you recover from failure?

And so I thought wine will sort it out for me, guess I’m wrong. I still feel down and disappointed with myself 🙁

In life you will fail and you will succeed. What you learn from that failure is up to you and if you learned nothing you have truly failed. However if you learn a lesson from that failure you now know something valuable. So is that really a failure at all?
