I don't like crying in front of people

Sometimes I've gotten emotional and cried a bit when talking to someone. I generally don't like to do that, it can be embarrassing. But crying sometimes helps, to get it out of your system.

@karysma: I've felt the same way. But you're not weak. You're hurting. You're not lashing out at anyone or committing a crime. That's weak. You're not. Strength comes from acknowledging our feelings, not running from them.

It sucks, all you'll get is pity looks or comments and they will think you're weak. If it's a 1 on 1 thing though and they are nice people they'll offer true help.

For me it's nice when the person seeing you doesn't see your situation as such a bad one (but they don't tell you that or judge) and then you immediately have a feeling that things WILL in fact be alright.
