My grandma passed when I was in 3rd grade. I learned then that I do not deal with death well (composure-wise). Fast forward to when the rest of my grandparents passed and I still do not deal with it as well as most. I choke up, can’t speak and refuse to cry so this awkward noise comes out that’s a cross between clearing my throat and suffocating.
