Wake up at dawn by 5 Swedish supermodels in bikinis - they make me breakfast in bed - and give me a shoulder massage then carry me off to my waiting bath - a big copper tub constantly kept warm - then off to the workout room where my butler runs the treadmill for a half hour - well you know the rest of the day
