Boring but thankfully the stay at home order has been lifted

Depression has hit me hard. I was just in a work conference call where I was told that they wanted me to come in every other week and I can't believe how relieved I was to hear that. other hooomans! as an introvert I can't believe I'm saying this lol

I went outside, early this morning (about 6:30) and walked around just on my block for about 20 minutes or so. I took deep breaths, trying to get as much fresh air as I could, then returned home. I hadn’t been outside other than in my backyard since Mar 3.

I miss friends, bars, restaurants, the gym. But having my child from college home unexpectedly all this time has made up for it.

This is the 64th day of April? Yeah it’s going great...

Its driving me nuts

I think I’d be totally fine staying inside 24/7...I sometimes have a hard time being outside around too many people anyway, BUT I don’t like the fact that I no longer have a job. It makes me feel 100% useless

I've not been out much since the lock down started as if I did got shouted at as I was pregnant. Apart from going hospital to have baby I haven't been out

I'm trying to find way to keep myself busy. But nothing takes the place of physically being with people.

Haven't put my shoes on in weeks. Or had regular sleeping hours.

Lucky I'm not on quarantine and I'm grateful I still have a job
