@SW-User no you're right. Life can be a bitch at times but it's how we respond to it that influences how we feel about it. Hope all is ok now.

@SW-User I hope you can but even if you can let it go it won't hurt you as much. Whilst it is it's taking away from your enjoyment of life, that's sad.
