Eat at a restaurant.
Go to a real gym.
Shake hands &/or hug someone.
Ride the train - go to work in an office.
Shop w/out looking like a bandit.
Dress up for work....ok, I'll stop...you get it.

@SecondMarge The cool answer would be "we all do in some form"...but in reality...I've been wearing a gator(?) I think it's called, kind of this turtle neck thing that covers your neck?...it looks cool but it's just restricting....I can't sip my coffee! :)
