In Italy yesterday, long lines of army trucks were being used to carry coffins to a crematorium because funeral homes had become overwhelmed by the daily death count.
As well, the funeral homes could not use embalming fluid on the corpses because of the possibility of virus transfer from the corpse to the funeral home personnel during an embalming process prior to burial. As a result, burial and cremation is taking place on the same day of death in almost all cases.
Italy is 2 weeks ahead of the United States on this boring virus issue, which means that what is happening right now in the USA is what Italy was experiencing exactly 2 weeks ago. So yeah, I'm getting sick and tired of hearing about the Coronavirus as well. I hear your pain.
